Compliance

It is necessary that all school districts comply with federal and state regulations, and we are monitored periodically to see that we are following these laws. All of our special education students have individual education programs (IEPs) that are developed each year by the student’s IEP team. These IEPs, as well as paperwork completed as a part of any evaluation for special education, are completed on state forms and must meet compliance requirements, including, but not limited to timelines, format, accuracy/completeness of information, etc.
